Can the machine work with our local power supply?
Our standard configuration runs on 48V DC or 220V AC. If you need a different voltage, tell us before ordering and we will confirm whether it can be customized.
How do I pay, and how is the machine shipped?
Payment terms and shipping method are confirmed per order - we will walk you through the options on WhatsApp, including the Incoterm (FOB, CIF, etc.) that suits you.
